Only Game Capture Lags over time

I use a dual pc stream using NDI and I always have a problem where my game capture starts lagging over time. Doesn't matter what game it is (osu,apex legends, csgo, etc). Anyone know how to fix this? For example in this clip, the gameplay looks very choppy like its in 30fps but my webcam and health overlay are a lot smoother. I tried running obs in admin and without admin and run into the same issue. The only fix i found is to just restart obs on my gaming pc whenever it happens
