jake w has obs problems

***I HAVE A LAPTOP*** Hello my name is jake and i am looking for some help so when ever i have my second monitor pluged iN it only captures that second monitor only and olny allows me to capture games on the first monitor via the capture game tool/option i assume this is a rare accation because i have done reaserch and have not found a video or webstie that has helped me, also yes ive tried the black screen fix methods. i have know idea what the problem is can some one help (IN SHORT I PLUGIN 2ND MONITOR AND NOW IT NEVER NOT EVEN UNPLUGGED CAPTURES MY FIRST MONITOR.)
