Question / Help Only 32 Bit in Windows, Preview Works but NVENC Fails

I only can see the preview of my screen in the 32 bit version although I am running 64bit windows.

As for running i 64bitOBS I have tried running as Windows 7 & 8 Compatibility modes.
I have tried going into my NVidea Graphics card and setting it as default for 3D rendering.

When just streaming my desktop with only OBS open it still wont work.

Nvidia Gforce 940mx
Processor I7-85550U 2 Ghz
16GB RAM 2400 Mhz
