Only 11 minutes of a 3-hour-long stream saved

So yesterday, I was streaming a game with my friends that went on for about 3 hours and I know for a fact that OBS was streaming the entire time. Sometimes it would disconnect and reconnect, but by the end of our time, I pressed the button to stop streaming. Then today, I check YouTube and it only recorded 11 minutes of footage! Is there any way to get that footage back, and how do I stop this from happening again?

Your whole PC/Network environment is overloaded. You have an unreliable network (3 disconnects). You congested your network (you configured more bitrate than your network is able to deliver), the encoder is overloaded, the GPU is overloaded. You need to use a lower bitrate, you need to lower the video settings so encoder and GPU isn't overloaded (reduce resolution and/or fps; reduce GPU demand of the game you play).

May be Youtube is only saving the first part of your stream up to the first disconnect, or the last part from the last disconnect to the end, I dunno.
