It's time for us to be thinking bigger.
At this point in 2018, OBS needs to be a full blown, radio and television broadcaster along with what it is now. One should be able to create schedules in a database based on a full cycle week and create music playlists and talk show playlists on a precisely clocked daily schedule. One should be able to trigger back and forth from live mode and automate mode on a timer system as well - so one could send bumpers when it was time to go to break to the headphones of the DJs. And of course, the video should be able to be switched on a timer as well. This should be able to be done with different cameras, windows, and pictures/high res photos.
This is what we should be able to do with OBS at this point in 2018.
