Question / Help One pc, gaming + streaming help me choose please!

Hello there my name is Daniel, I've been contemplating hard either to get an HD60 PRO or an HD60 S, why? Because money is not an issue and I want the best performance for my rig.

Rig:
Ryzen 7 2700x
EVGA GTX 1070 8GB
16GB RAM 2x8 24000mhz
NVME M.2 256gb ssd (boot + csgo + obs)
2TB 7200RPM hard drive

Internet:
Linksys WRT AC1900
200mbps download
20mbps upload
5GHz WiFi at a long range


First of all, I want to state the fact that I am going to be streaming CSGO and CSGO only with settings on low and 1280x1024 res and very minimal overlay, and stream at 720p 60fps. Now I am also looking forward to being able to manage all of my stream elements and setting within the same pc just a different monitor. Now for recording, I would like to record footage of my games and desktop at 1080p 60fps

Which one is should I get? (looking for detailed responses)

A capture card is not going to help you if you're doing gaming+streaming on the same system. A capture card's purpose is just to capture frame data -- it does nothing to help rendering or encoding.

For single-computer streaming, you should be using game capture in obs.
