I have always shown my top 10 facebook star senders of the week during my streams and it has always updated live the moment I received stars. Suddenly it stopped working on friday. Now it only shows one name... I have done EVERYTHING... starting with the "Streamlabels Not Updating or Launching Troubleshooting" Tutorial... I even uninstalled and installed Streamlabs again. Nothing solves my problem. I even used the Stream Lables app ...then I see the output directory and in the text file "Weekly top facebook star senders" I only see that one name...it never updates with the others. Is there a way to know how it imports from facebook the names? I want to check if something there is faulty...maybe the last streamlabs update ruined that. Every other label (monthly star senders, subs list, etc) works perfectly...just the "weekly top star senders" is broken. I have slept 3 hours these last 2 days trying to fix this. Nothing helps. I see there's an error in importing the data from facebook.
