Question / Help One moment please...

I just got the elgato hd60 and everytime I add my source it just says one moment please...

I have opened up the elgato game capture hd software and it recognizes and loads everything up fine so I dont know what the issue is. When i click under properties for the source in obs and hit configure video is does show no signal for some reason.

I have re-installed the drivers, switched the cords around, restarted numerous times and still no fix.

Do you have both applications running at once? I would recommend a restart and unplugging both your Capture Card and your HDMI and then turning back on your computer.

yeah i have installed the drivers, enabled/disabled it and still nothing changes. loads up fine in the game capture hd program but not on obs. and i do not have both programs running at the same time. tried restarting and unplugging as well./

edit:

i literally just plugged in my old game capture hd and it worked completely fine in obs..
