Question / Help One frame every couple Seconds

I've used OBS to regularly record my screen but I have not been using it for games.
Now I recorded some anthem on medium settings but I only received like one frame every couple seconds
The sound records perfectly, but the frames are just not there. I'll attach the log file.
Whats the problem?

Windows is out of date and game mode is on. Check the signature for instructions on running the required update and turning this mode off.
