Hi, I've been lurking and learning here for the last few months. I've run OBS successfully for the last 8 weeks or so with an SDI camera and HDMI to SDI.
New Windows 10 (Dell XPS 8930 i7 9700 32 gig RAM) Blackmagic Design Decklink Duo 2 card configured for all inputs.
This week I installed two PTZoptics cameras, both SDI. 1 a Gen2 PTZ 30x zoom, the other a 20x block zoom camera. Both are connected SDI to the Decklink and power is PoE.
The PTZ camera is set to output at 1080p30. That matches the block camera. OBS common frame rate is 30. When you select the Blackmagic input as a source, I changed mode from Auto to 1080p30 (hoping that would help the situation.)
When I load OBS, I can see the PTZ display every other time. Every other time is black. I tried a few other combinations, but that's the only constant in any of it. I sat and opened and closed 10x in a row, and the PTZ displayed every other time. The block displayed every time.
I've searched PTZoptics and BMD groups and haven't come across this either, i'm wondering if anyone else has any ideas? Next idea i have is to uninstall OBS and reinstall.
If a log file is helpful i'll go generate a couple tonight.
