Onboard cam runs whenever I start OBS

I'm using a windows 10 laptop. Every time I start OBS my Bison cam is running. I need to disable it. I have a separate cam I use. Thanks
 
Remove the Video Capture Device source in one of your scenes pointing at the 'Bison cam'. OBS will auto-start sources even if they are not in the active scene.

No I use an external cam.. Where do I find the log file? I have been experiencing that high CPU usage also. I get that when I try to save my stream and have the computer connected to my TV at the same time. If I just run the computer with my game I can save that with no problems. So I'm hoping to disable the onboard cam .. which may help with that high CPU usage Thanks
