On exit and changing scenes OBS causes all USB devices to reset

Ever since the cumulative windows update version 20H2 installed itself https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...9042-867-63552d64-fe44-4132-8813-ef56d3626e14 On exit and sometimes changing scenes all the USB devices reset. I have done a fresh install of OBS (choosing to not keep user data) and re-created the sources and scenes from scratch and it still happens. I searched for similar issues, but only found some from 2017.
