Old NDI versions - available where/ how?

I have a 2012 Mac Mini running Mojave. Its sole purpose in life is to record audio/video from a camera and mic. It works fine. It's barred from the internet.

I'd like to stream content from the Mini to a Mac Mini Pro running OBS for recording and live streaming. I have OBS 24.1 installed on it, and it works.

I tried installing the latest from DistroAV, obviously it refused to install, which made sense. I downloaded the pkg from GitHub for 4.1.1, but it also errors out at the "validation" stage of installation.

Is there something I'm missing here, or is this just not an option anymore? (And if it's a dead end, any suggestions on what to try?

It seems the issue lies in compatibility between the DistroAV 4.1.1 installer and Mojave. While older software versions may work, validation errors often indicate macOS security constraints. Consider using an alternative like NDI Tools for streaming, which is compatible with older systems, or AirPlay/Screen Sharing to bridge OBS and the Mac Mini Pro.

NDI does not officially distribute older versions and directly. However, you might find them by contacting NDI support, checking their website for archived downloads, or searching third-party repositories (use extreme caution as these sources may be unreliable or contain malware). Remember to prioritize system security and compatibility when considering older versions.
