Question / Help Ok so i have 16 mbps up and A decent gaming laptop

Bitrate and buffer are set to 1800
encoder is set to super fast were it doesn't lag but has enough motion blur to make me want to fix it
at veryfast I get encoder overloads where my stream studders and lags
video is at 1280x720 res, basically is there anything I can do to improve my situation.
also either the internet crashes every once and a while or my router kicks my laptop off the network. its not aq real concern because it doesn't happen that often but just thought id say it. any help obv is appreciated.
also I'm running obs on a NVidia GeForce graphics card along with overwatch which is what I'm attempting to stream. let me know if I'm missing any details.
