Offline streaming solution

Hi!
I'm looking for an offline streaming solution for our intranet using OBS studio.
At the moment I'm not very experienced in live streaming, but after some reading, I think
I need something like this setup:

Client + Webcam + OBS-Studio => Webserver (IIS) + Streaming software (?) + video.js for HTML5 stream => Clients with Edge Browser

Which Streaming software should I use? We have a pure Windows environment without
internet access. It should be a very simple solution.

You can use NGINX and then use VLC on the other computers to connect to the NGINX server. There's a guide at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wJaz59ZHgCo&disable_polymer=1
