Off Center Scenes

I am having an issue where all my scenes are not centering as they should. I noticed this today when I imported a new overlay package from OWN3D. I even deleted and reinstalled OBS. That didn't fix the issue. It shows on my stream as it does on the first picture. Any help would be appreciated.

You should contact OWN3D support on how to properly set up their scene / sources to avoid this problem.
What probably is happening is that the source is in a lower resolution than the canvas resolution set by you on OBS.
