A few weeks ago, our church was struck by lightning taking out our computer that did our stream. After getting a new computer, we asked a local tech if our drive from our old computer was still good, and it was. So, we just put that in the new computer.
Ever since then OBS has been having a weird video flicker/glitch on the preview window, and it also shows up in the stream on Facebook... but it is only happening when OBS is streaming. If you are just previewing the video feed, it's perfectly fine. As far as I can tell this is just within OBS, as we used a spare laptop for a couple of weeks and OBS was not doing this on there.

The computer we bought to replace the one that died, is pretty much the same. The only thing that is different is the previous PC did not have an IGPU, whereas the new on does have and IGPU, but the GPU that was in both is the GTX 1650 SUPER, so not using the IGPU. I have tried a full clean uninstall and install of Graphics drivers, clean install of capture card drivers, clean install of OBS, and so far, this has not fixed it.
What I have not tried is, disabling the IGPU in the BIOS, nor have I done a refresh install of Windows 11. Those are my next steps, unless someone else has any idea of what could be causing the issue??
I'm starting to lean towards the refresh install of windows, thinking there could be a driver conflict happing somewhere...
