Odd interface screen

I have a lenovo laptop with an external screen. Recently, I cannot open OBS on the laptop's screen, or the video is all messed up. I have to open it on the external 24" monitor. This is a new development. I have the latest version of OBS as of 9/29/2022.

It's really hard to describe so I've put a video HERE:

program shortcut, choose the appropriate one from the graphic options.
I am currently using a desktop computer. The laptop at work had the same problem.

Depending on your Windows version and what sources you wish to use, you may need to set OBS to run on a specific GPU. Not sure which Windows version you have? Press Windows+R and run "winver". For Windows 10 1909 or newer: Open Settings and search for "Graphics Settings". Select "Classic App"...
