Question / Help Odd error I encountered

So I'm relatively new to OBS (as in I installed the software today), and I've encountered a problem whenever I attempt to start recording. For whatever reason, I keep getting an error in which I'm told starting the output failed. It also notes that if I have an NVENC or AMD encoder, I should make sure my video drivers are up to date. However, I do have it completely up to date. When I check the log, it simply says that an unknown error has occurred. Does anybody happen to know of a fix to this? Thanks!

What GPU's do you actually have installed? OBS is only reporting an RX580, so I'm going to take a wild guess and say if you do have an Nvidia card installed, it's not going to be the GPU0 that it's trying to address.

My GPU seems to be named as "Radeon RX 580 Series."
