Odd artifact around texts

When recording footage and uploading it to Youtube, I for whatever reason get this weird
artifact looking square around and close to texts, also seem to affect the details/quality
on the fonts and around the area. The clear picture is before, and the poorer looking one
is after the upload. If there is anything to do about it, please let me know.

This is a normal part of video encoding, artifacts like this are often visible at lower bitrates. YouTube will always re-encode your source video and make it worse quality.

Ah interesting, so even if I increase or reduce my current bitrate which is right now, at 20kbps,
the artifacts will still be there, because of how Youtube compresses videos? Or could I do
some sort of tweaking to make this less occurrent? @R1CH
