Question / Help Occassional clicks and pops realtime to Youtube

So last night I installed and tried OBS Studio for first time.

First I tried streaming realtime to facebook, the stream was my desktop + webcam. Everything ran very smoothly, only trouble is, the quality of facebook live stream is poor, especially after its published its like the quality takes a further nosedive, also whilst the sound is stereo whilst live, it gets converted to mono sound once published.

So I tried Youtube next, and the quality was way better in both video and sound, but the problem is, I kept getting the odd click and pop now and then in the stream. The video data rate was the same for both Facebook and Youtube, so I can't understand what the problem is.

I tried setting User preset to Ultrafast, tried removing the webcam alltogether. OBS Studio is reporting around 3% cpu usage, but still I got those clicks and pops.

If I kept the current youtube settings in OBS Studio, but recorded to my hard drive instead of streaming to the Youtube site, everything recorded perfectly smooth, no clicks and pops.

I thought maybe it might be my internet connection, though again, streaming to Facebook was fine with similar rate, and my Upload bandwidth is around 18.5Mbps, more than enough for a HD stream.

Any thoughts...?

Nobody?

I tried it again today at 720, 1500kbps streaming, my upload speed is over 10x that yet I'm still getting audio glitches, I just dont get it. Could it be some kind of port issue with youtube? maybe firewall blockage or something? Streaming to Facebook was perfectly fine.
