Occasional stutters recording at 1080p, 60 fps (Modern Warfare)

Recent Log File: https://obsproject.com/logs/qL0oSJLb2Gb_Ts0x (I tried a bunch of different settings, bottom is most relevant obvs)

The stuttering I get is mostly short-lived but happens in every recording. My CPU maxes out in-game so I switched to NVENC (new) with CQP at 22. I don't really want to give up 1080p and 60fps.. Is this simply a matter of my CPU being too weak to handle Modern Warfare and recording at the same time? It's an i5 8400.

I imagine most of the valuable info is in the log file. Your help would be much appreciated, I've been at this for days.

1. Using Windows Update, update to Windows 10 1909 or 2004 (if available) per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers
2. In Windows 10 versions 1809 and newer, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. At least one of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
SAMSUNG (NVIDIA High Definition Audio): 48000 Hz
Microphone (3- Logitech USB Headset): 44100 Hz
Speakers (3- Logitech USB Headset): 48000 Hz
4. Record to FLV or MKV. If you record to MP4 or MOV and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable.

If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window or enable Auto remux in the Advanced Settings.
5. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene.
6. Please be aware that having the YUV Color range set to "Full" will cause playback issues in certain browsers and on various video platforms. Shadows, highlights and color will look off. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Partial".

Please post a new log after making those changes.

Here's the analyzer of my last log: https://obsproject.com/tools/analyzer?log_url=https://obsproject.com/logs/bjk-N8vQ4PyJZdvb

My last recording is much more tolerable than the older ones. There is minute skipping which I think is due to the CPU load; It only skips for a couple of seconds and it really isn't that noticeable. I would keep watching it if it were on YouTube, for example. Anyway, after I installed Windows 2004, I started up Modern Warfare and it seemed to give my computer a much harder time than it used to. 100% CPU utilization on start-up followed by a consistent 90% utilization in game on multiplayer (CPU usage as a whole).

As for the problems exposed in the very last log; I deleted the second game capture and disabled my webcams microphone which can't run at 48000 hz like everything else. I'll be sure to run OBS as administrator next time, too.

Thank you for the push @qhobbes. If I have anymore problems I'll come running back to this thread.
