OBsS Keep keeps freezing up even after reinstall

Obs studios keeps freezing up. it worked fine last week, i haven't over the past weekend cause i wasnt home for that weekend . this past monday i went to prep early for my livestream and obs froze up and since then its been the same .i've uninstall reinstalled it twice still the same problem nomatter what i click on in obs . i have a windows11 lenovo ideapad gaming laptop with 16gb memory , intel core i7, nvidia geforce rtx 3050 graphics card

thank you ...i tried it ...obs is being cooperative now but im still getting a odd lag and random freezing points from the video capture source .....so now it leaves me to think it's either the hdmi cables are showing their age ( i had them for years) so later on today im gonna get new ones and try that . Or the video capture card is glitchy ...( im gonna order a new one just in case)
