In my game (Forza Horizon 3) I get about 45 to 60 fps on average. when I tried to record in OBS I saw that the fps was around 10 to 15 fps. I know 30 fps smooth in other games or on desktop. I tried lowing the bit rate (10K) and increasing the process priority but nothing is working. please help! D:
