Bug Report OBSS crashes before startup AMD Graphics Card

Hi there,

Just updated the graphics driver and OBSS and now OBSS isn't working anymore. I have tried deleting old OBS preferences, I have unistalled the AMD drivers and that fixed it but as soon as AMD drivers were installed the OBSS wouldn't open. I have a Gigabyte AMD Radeon R9 380 G1, with latest drivers and latest plugins for OBS.

Crash report attached

You are still on Driver 16.9.2, upgrade to 16.11.3 and then retry. Make sure it is a clean driver install.
