For recording only?
Set your Output Mode to Simple.
Set your Recording quality to Indistinguishable.
Set your encoder to NVENC.
Done.

Another option is to install the AudioWriter plugin, and write out each source as its own audio file.
Still hoping they add multi-track audio recording to Simple mode.
In the meantime, you can also set the recording mode to CQP or CRF in Advanced, with somewhere between 16-22 as the target. Lower is higher quality, but much larger filesizes.
