OBS Works with X version of Windows, but not Y version.

Hello! Recently, I went back to Windows 7, because 10 was laggy. OBS worked perfectly fine on Windows 10, however I couldn't record because it'd heat my processor to heavens. So I went back to Windows 7, and now it... doesn't work? I don't know the reason for this. I have the same GPU I had when using Windows 10, which is 18 years old. And again, it worked fine, with the same GPU on Windows 10. I even updated my drivers, and nothing. Tried version 24.x.x, nothing. Help, i really wanna see if OBS Works with 7 so I can record stuff :(

Win 7 isn't supported. It may work or not.
The thermal issues may be resolved by cleaning the computer and adding some new thermal paste. And of course, more fans if you don't have enough of them, like me because they are having a permament nap.
