Question / Help OBS works then doesn't work

I'm having issues when I turn on OBS. It will be showing our "Pre-service" picture and won't show the current camera view, won't transition to anything else; yet people watching our live stream say they can hear the service but can't see it.
Then if I exit OBS and turn it on again, it will either work fine or sometimes still be "stuck" on the pre-service picture.
We have church service again tonight and want to get it fixed so it won't do it again.

"Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service." I think that means you're low/out of RAM. Restart and try running OBS with nothing else open.
 
That usually means too many USB devices on the same controller. Lower the devices resolution or move them to different USB hubs.
