Question / Help OBS works for 2 seconds and then I get a black screen

Hi, I'm using a computer that runs on NVIDIA and ive been trying to get OBS to work. I've connected it to the correct HDMI and it does recognise my monitor for a second but then the screen recording goes black after a second and kinda crashes. How can I fix this?
