Question / Help OBs working yesterday but not today

Just yesterday my obs CPU ran at 9% percent i wake up today attempting to stream on twitch and at times the CPU can be upwards of 55% did something break as i was sleeping? anyone experience this before if so can you tell me how to fix it?

Can you do a few minutes' worth of streaming (Doing what you would normally do in-game) then stop the streaming session, then upload a current logfile please so I or someone else can further assist in troubleshooting:
