OBS worked Fine yesterday but not today

Okay, obs worked fine yesterday but all of a sudden that graphic card is not support error is back.
Everything is updated and fine. every other program opens and runs fine

It's crashing graphics cards again.
Time for another maintenance log update from obs.

it takes a long time for some people to get upgraded computer chips.

also a very visual person. so dont do the long-winded tech expert explanation thing

Update: okay, I found the issue.
obs doesn't warn you in the program when plugins are out of date.
it can cause obs to malfunction. so again my original post stands obs needs an update again..
to scan plugins and warn when they need to be updated.

also in forums as of 2020 (and for most tech users born 20-30 years ago and future people,
this is how you actually help people fix problems if you do not have a video)
you can also use this same method tho include technical facts.( for those who can or want to learn it)
