Question / Help OBS worked fine yesterday, but kb/s keeps dropping to 0

So I've been using obs studio for legit 5 days straight, 6+ hours a stream. My KB/s is set to 3500, and when I stream it works fine for a little while. Then out of no where, my kb/s drops to 0, and my OBS starts to freeze up and I can't click or try to find a solution. I've tried lowering my bitrate, restarting my pc, restarting obs. I'm not a smart cookie when it comes to this type of stuff.
