Question / Help OBS won't stop stuttering

No matter what I do OBS starts to stuttering. It's very much a problem due to the fact that I myself am apart of a YouTube channel. I did a test to check my recording, and I keep having the same issue. Last time I made a new profile, and then it worked once. Next thing you know it's back to stuttering. I tried to record a half dead video with some friends and it keeps stuttering. The game is fine, my fps is fine. But I the finished product stutters. I really would like to know why if anyone has an answer. I don't have the money to get a recording software I have to pay for. So I need to figure this out. Please if anyone has any answers please let me know. I attached the log, which is the test video I did.

That log has no stream/recording attempt in it. Try these steps to get a log with better info in it:

First restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

Idk what you mean by link the url, I don't use forums often so I'm a bit confused

Your GPU is overloaded. Use the ultrafast preset instead of veryfast.
