Question / Help OBS won't stop recording

Hey all. I've been trying to test recording with OBS Studio (using AMD's AMF Codec), but recordings won't stop. I'm hitting the record hotkey, but no file is being created, and when I try to stop recording, it stalls indefinitely, and I have to close it from Task Manager. I have been unable to find any solution to this.
Here is a log as well.
