OBS Won't Stop Recording

Hi, I made an account just to ask for help with this because I am at my wits end.
I've been using OBS for a while now (years in fact, with this setup) and it has never failed me until today. The problem? OBS won't stop recording, like the red icon at the bottom with the recording timer still goes on, even if I click Stop Recording (and no matter if I double, triple, even quadruple click it). The only way for me to stop the recording is to force end the task on the Task Manager.

I am on Windows 10, using the most recent version of stable OBS Studio, using it as Admin too (right click, Run as Admin) and have tried this with recording clips for as long as 5mins to just a couple of seconds and the problem still persists. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled everything (so the only logs I have included are from the two tests I did after setting up a barebones scene with just my webcam and mic in it) to no avail.

Can anyone please help me? Thank you in advance.

(Note: The first log was the first test I made right after installing OBS so I *may* not have actually ran it on Admin, but the second log is from when I did. I would really appreciate any help with this, really. Thank you again.)

I can't figure out how to edit my first post, so I'll just post the steps I've taken to try to fix this:

- Changed the drive to a different one.
- Lowered to P5
- Uninstalled everything and installed a fresh installation of OBS.

And still no dice.

I am having this very same issue. Have for a few days now. Before this happened today I have been experiencing severe stuttering in certain instances with games occasionally when recording. Everything is up to date. I even went as far as rolling back my NVIDIA driver in case this was their issue. Since they haven't had the best track record lately. It's not their issue. I streamed yesterday for 12 hours just fine on the newest driver update from May 19th. It's a recording side only thing. Idk what or why but I am currently unable to make any YouTube Content because of it.

So, you never found a solution either?
I tried asking on the Discord, but the person who responded to me there couldn't help either.

Still haven't nope. The forum is full of people with the same issue. It's not like it's just 1 or 2 people. Very concerning.

The ones I found were from years ago and the solutions they had weren't working, so I thought nobody else was having this issue.

Everything is updated and the GPU driver as well as OBS is fresh is a fresh install. It still wouldn't stop recording until I either went into Task Manager and force closed OBS or I could ding the obs-ffmpeg-mux task and force stop that there are also a lot of obs-browser-page things open. I don't even have anything else active but OBS? Sorry for the phone pic but it was a quick picture

Uninstall any software on your computer for your logitech camera and check if you're still having issues.
