Question / Help OBS won't stay open

I've installed and uninstalled OBS multiple times, restarted my computer, completely shut it down and turned it back on but every time I open OBS it will stay open for 3-5 seconds and shut down again. Does anyone else have this issue and how do I solve it?

I don't know how to find the log file without going through the program itself.

You can find Log files under the Help menu on the main menu bar.

Here's the crash report. All I did was open the program and it immediately crashes for me.

Try making a copy of your ~/Library/Application Support/obs-studio folder and then delete it. Possible a corrupt setting or scene collection is causing a crash.

Might also want to check where you have plugins installed, if you have any.
