OBS wont startup

Everytime i click on OBS it says failed to create directory can someone help me screenshot is here.

If you are trying new clear install:

1. Use explorer and went to the directory path, try to delete it manually (you loose all your scenes and preferences!!!).
2. You can rename the 'obs-studio' folder to 'obs-studio_old' and try new install (later you can delete 'obs-studio_old').
