Bug Report OBS won't start

Hello guys
I downloadet OBS and installed. After that the Terms of using were opend and i accept.
Then nothing more and OBS won't start.

I seted up an extra "older Laptop" Core 2 Duo
Instaled the new nvidia chip and flash and Java.
So anyone can help my why this does not working?

At first run Studio creates profiles and other stuff. This operation take few seconds, just wait about 10-15 sec. Check Windows task manager for obs64.exe. Is it running?

Your log says that Studio can run.
