Bug Report OBS wont start streaming or recording

when i click the button nothing happens, the weird part is, it worked yesterday and all the other days but now it stopped working.

okay i set the keyframe interval from 0 to 2 and somehow now it works. i have no idea why it worked before. well i hope this information helps fixing similar bugs.
