Question / Help OBS won't start: it's only visible in task manager

Today i tryed to start the program but it doesn't seem to start at all:
It's visible in the task manager as process in background, but never shows up!
I tryed to close the process and restart all but it won't start.
Please help!

can you please tell me how to fix this? Im having the same issue.

I did a system restore to the point before I windows updated the computer. I guess it's the easiest way and go into the "windows update" thing and settings and make sure it says "never check for updates".

the update of windows "broke" the sound's driver so you could fix with installing/upgrading itunes (itunes, not vlc or windows media player)
