OBS won't run in Normal Mode with out crashing

If i delete an audio capture crash
if i delete a display capture crash

when restarting in safe mode all of the contextual menus at the top are not accessible

Elgato Streamdeck plugin seemed to have been causing the crash.
updating seems to have solved the problem
