Bug Report OBS won't record when I chose Encoder NVENC H.264 After Update

I might just be blind and not see something but I am pretty sure this is a bug. When I chose Encoder NVENC H.264 It won't let me record, I press record and it is as if the button does nothing, I keep pressing record button but it never starts recording.I just updated to 0.17.2, not sure if that helps or not.I also Tried uninstalled and reinstalling it but still same issue.
Please Help A.S.A.P it will be greatly appreciated.
