OBS Won't Record Audio As Soon As Mic is Plugged In

So OBS will record my audio if I don't plug my Yeti into my laptop. As soon as I plug my mic in and change the source to the Yeti, it cuts out. Then if I try and go back to the laptop mic, it still won't record audio unless I close OBS entirely and reopen it without my Yeti plugged in. How to I get OBS to actually record audio from the Yeti?
