I am currently using a video switcher that uses 6 pin fire wire output and running it to my MacBook Pro that has 9 pin firewire input. For some reason OBS will not find my video switcher. It won't even show a possible option for it. Does anyone know what I can do or try to get it to be able to find my video mixer so i can start streaming online? I know the setup will work because the video switcher is found by WireCast, UStream, and LiveStream. Any help on this would be wonderful. FYI here is a shot of my setup that I am using. I am trying to get our internet radio station up and running but without OBS running it is really slowing me down.
