Question / Help obs wont pickup desktop audio.

so let me try and explain this the best i can. I use a cheep usb sound card the one you can get off newegg for like 9$(longstory) so there seems to be conflict between my webcam and usb sound card because when the webcam is open in obs and active with the usb sound card plugged in i don't get no desktop audio but as soon as i unplug it audio works fine oh and my webcam is a Microsoft lifecam cinema i know there's no reliable drivers for win10 but i did manage to get the webcam working after a few hours. and here is my most resent log
