I'm using a Lenovo ideapad 320. I checked to make sure my mic was enabled, which it is. It also works fine when talking on Discord and went doing a mic test in settings, it always picks it up. It picks up desktop audio just fine. I've tried everything else I've found posted on here and it doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Go to windows settings -> privacy -> microphone. Ensure "Allow apps to access microphone" is enabled, and OBS is listed as enabled in the apps section below.
Also go to windows settings -> system -> sound, click on Sound Control Panel. Click on the recording tab, double-click on your microphone, go to the advanced tab, and uncheck "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device".

I did both of those things, it didn't work.
