Bug Report OBS Won't Open

I've downloaded OBS Studio and no matter what I do it won't open.
It says it's open in task manager as a background process called "obs64" or sometimes "obs32"
Closing the process and reopening it doesn't do anything. Sometimes reopening the program can crash my PC.

If you right click and hit show on the icon on the taskbar notification area does it show up?

It's not on the taskbar notification area.

have you tried updating all of your graphics drivers and tried reinstalling obs?

upload a log or a crash log if you can.

I tried reinstalling and I'll try updating my graphics drivers now

Updating my graphics drivers did nothing, OBS still won't open :/
