Question / Help OBS wont open

I installed OBS last night to be able to record my webcam with a different mic(blue snowball) after install i tried to open OBS but i got "Failed to initialize video: Unspecified error" I checked and my GPU drivers are installed, Im running Lubuntu 15.04(i believe)

OpenGL 3.2 is minimum requirements. Your adapter only supports 1.3

is there any way i can get it to work? or do you know of any good alternatives? i need to be able to record video through my webcam but audio through my microphone

New video card would definitely get things working, but your system likely doesn't have the processing power to keep up with what OBS would require.

The case i have doesnt even allow for a new GPU, do you have any recommendations on other programs that would work?
