Bug Report OBS won't open the first time

Interesting problem that's been popping up since the last update or two. When i go to open the program the first time, nothing comes up. No icon on Taskbar no errors, nothing. It shows as open in Task Manager but isn't doing anything. When i end the task that's running and try again it opens, every time without fail. The next time i try and open it, the same thing occurs. It's almost becoming a ritual before stream. This is running on Windows 10 x64 using the x64 version of the software. Any thoughts?

Same thing happening here. Windows 10 64 bit, also using 64 bit OBS Studio.

Same problem. Happens very often. Win 10 64bit 1607. Both 32bit and 64bit OBS Studio.
