OBS won't open (even with admin permissions)

Tried to open my OBS today and it's refused to open. tried reinstalling it and I can't fix the issue, crash logs say its to do with qt6widgets.dll but even when i delete it and reinstall OBS i still have the same problem

Most probably the issue is caused by streamelements plugin, or any other outdated plugin.
Close OBS. Uninstall it, then remove the remaining files from the %appdata%\obs-studio\ folder. Now uninstall OBS and reinstall it. Do all this in this order.

Now test it.
